Riding the Waves of the Soul

Book Reading in Cologne/Germany

On Sunday, May 19th 2019, a book reading with Benedikt Bech took place in  Tajet Garden in Köln-Bayenthal. The reading was elegantly woven into a workshop themed ›Day of Moving Introspection‹, which also featured yoga classes, a guided meditation and trance dance. Berlin-based body-psychotherapist Jens Tasche, who has been a trusted companion in Benedikt’s life for many years and plays an important role in the book, was also present and gave a brief introduction to the psychology of C.G. Jung.

Thank you to everyone involved. It was fantastic!

Here 's a brief glimpse of the reading.
